A big "thank you" to all our returning guests and to the many new guests who came our way. Looks like we are on the other side of this recession, finally. Next year should be another good one.<br />On that note, Pilot Bay Guest House is now closed for the winter season! Sorry! We are going to curl up by the fireplace and enjoy some well needed rest. <br />Next year looks like we'll make our opening date June 1, 2012, just in time for the warmer weather. We had lovely guests with us for Easter weekend and they enjoyed the sunny, warm weather.</div><div style="text-align: left;">We just had a herring spawn and the wildlife it attacted was incredible! We counted over 25 eagles feasting off Tinson Point on Pilot Bay. The sea lions came in for the day, as did the seals, otters and assorted other fish eating wildlife.
